Shop FAQs
Do you only sell yarn?
Yarn is our main focus, but we stock a wide range of craft supplies, including knitting and crochet accessories, art materials, jewellery-making supplies, handmade gifts and products from local artists. Our stock is always growing, so keep checking back to see what's new.
Can you order something in if you don't stock it?
Usually, yes. If there's a particular yarn, colour or product you're looking for, let us know. While we can't guarantee we'll be able to source everything, we're always happy to see what's available through our suppliers.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available to purchase in-store and make a great present for the crafter in your life. They can be used towards products, workshops and events.
Do you have a loyalty scheme?
Yes. Pick up a loyalty card in-store and collect one stamp every time you spend £20 or more. You'll also receive two stamps every time you donate pre-loved craft supplies. Once your card is full, you'll receive 15% off your next purchase.
Do you accept second-hand craft supplies?
